New Section for Environmental Products

We are pleased to launch a new section on our website for Environmental Instrumentation & Sensors. New products are being sourced to add to this range over the coming months.
Instruments include hand held thermometers, infrared thermometers, light meters, data loggers and the new Grain Moisture Meter. Sensors include Room, Ceiling, Radiation and Contacting Temperature Sensors.
Expanded Range of Temperature Sensors

Dozens of new product lines have been added to our on-line range of Fabricated & Specialist Thermocouples. There are now 21 separate product lines in the section with hundreds of varieties to choose from, to suit your specific application. Bench Top Precision Thermometers with Probes

New packages for the Labcal PRO and Tempmaster PRO Precision Thermometers are now available to buy online with probes and case.
The Labcal PRO from Labfacility is fully characterised for Pt100 sensors and all major thermocouples J,K,N,T,E,R,S and B. Exceptionally stable automatic cold junction compensation with a rejection of 100:1 is incorporated for thermocouple ranges. Alternatively, external or manual referencing can be selected as required.
The Tempmaster PRO from Labfacility provides very high precision temperature measurement with Pt100 sensors. Data can be displayed in °C, °F, K or Ω as required; nine front panel push keys, the only user controls, are used in conjunction with the display screen. It is this arrangement which makes for very simple and friendly operation.
Precision Pt100 sensor offering high accuracy over the range -50 to 250°C (or 450°C see below). Ideal for use as a reference probe for comparison calibration of industrial sensors in temperature calibration baths, or for those looking for a high accuracy probe better than the usually offered class A or B types:
- Fitted 'D' connector
- High accuracy, +/- 0.06°C at 0°C
- Pt100 1/5th Din, 4 wire
- Sensor temperature range -50 to 250°C
- 2m PFA insulated screened lead 7/0.2mm
- Stainless steel 316 sheath 6 x 250mm with 'D' Connector (250°C Max)
- Stainless steel 316 sheath 6 x 350mm with 'D' Connector (450°C Max)
Black ABS case available - comes with complete foam set which can be plucked out in 10mm cubes and modified to the users requirements.

Vacancy: Production Assembler / Apprentice - Dinnington Site

We are continually expanding at our Dinnington, South Yorkshire site and as such are always looking to recruit the right person to join our dedicated Temperature Sensor manufacturing workforce.
- 37 ½ Hours per week
- Monday - Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm - 45 minutes lunch
- Friday - 8.00am to 12.30pm
- Morning and afternoon tea breaks with dedicated Staff Canteen on site
- Good rate of pay and bonus scheme on offer
- Large Car parking on site
- Our current workforce comprises of some 30 staff in the Temperature Sensor manufacturing section
- The role involves using hand tools and being dexterous and flexible in your approach. A willingness to learn and use own initiative are vital

Expanded range of Compression Fittings

Compression fittings are used directly on probes to achieve the required insertion length in the process and to ensure the proper seating of probes into thermowells. Available in Brass or Stainless Steel with Parallel, Tapered and NPT Thread types. Most product lines in stock for immediate despatch, short lead times apply to NPT types.
